Have you called the Power Co? Since you said that you got an email from them saying "You're good now" and you aren't, you may want to let them know that they missed something. If they think that you're good, they may not be working on a fix.

It's easy to assume that someone else has called, but in a situation like that, I'd make damn sure they knew that I didn't have power and neither did any of my neighbors in a 3 block area.

Do you want me to call them. "Hey, Bastids! Jack ain't got power, and this sheiße is gettin' old. Send someone to Jack's place pronto! Ya hear me chief?!?"
