Dash-six for both supply and return. While you are in there, it's easy to pull the second line. Most hoses don't fail in the middle of the hose, they fail at the connections. With that in mind, I pulled continuous pieces of -6 all the way from the fuel cell to the MFI filter. You end up having to put the fittings on with the hose in the car, so you may want to position the car near your vise so you can pull the hose all the way aft, put the fitting on, then pull it to the front and put that fitting on.
If I had it to do over again I would use the braided Kevlar hose.
