I think one is more likely to find a shorter (than 6'6") man that meets the other requirements...because he has to try harder (with almost everything). Just like a woman that is not a supermodel.
I have always preferred women that are rather slim and rather short (all other things taken into account) ...so being less than the ideal height has never been an issue for me (with targets of affection). The rest of the "6666" and the things you list are easy and under one's own control (relatively speaking).
