Scott was just a terrible business guy. He was just lucky to be one of a few guys with a shop and a bunch of parts when Urban Outlaw came out. Like most people he probably didn't set out to scam people but rather started doing 10% peter/paul things and cutting 10% corners then one day he wakes up and its snowballed to 80%.
He had my car for four years until I cried uncle and just accepted that the money I gave him was lit on fire and to just move on.
