It is mostly cleaned up and the reconstruction has started ... It will be years before it is anywhere near what it was like. I would vote to move on.

This. And you likely will have no utilities for a long while. Still, it is better than having your house burn down, along with all your possessions. Just replacing all your shoes clothes would be expensive.
