My thoughts on the obviously well off financially guy? He's living the life many here would probably do if a big powerball win happened. Maybe something different than off road vehicles, but otherwise, pretty much the same. Yup, the guy is living a lottery fantasy.
Fred has it nailed..the big box for main storage, a smaller cart for near what you're working on, adjusting the smaller cart tools for the job at hand. The tipover tale...only open one drawer at a time, keep the heavy stuff in the lower box.
Wd? I dunno 'bout you, but I keep a set of "carry tools" in each car that covers the basics...but for more complicated stuff? It's call the tow truck time. Car to be taken either home or to a pro...depending on the situation. I like my triple stack of USA made Craftsman boxes, overfilled with mostly made in USA Craftsman tools, with me knowing pretty much what's in each drawer.
Now that I'm 81, I seldom use any of it...wrenching hurts an already sore & broken down body. Still hanging on to it all..."Might be handy someday" thinking, I guess.
