I think the ridiculous increase in the prices of 964's and 993's has people looking for a more a affordable but similar experience. Although I recently saw a 94 3.2 cab sell for over $200k. It was a pristine restored example but there are those willing to pay up for a perfection.
The average 356 market by me is dropping hard unless it is a special example which are still in high demand. The restomods are dropping heavily.
