True. But it makes it a lot harder. I know because I recently fixed a TTS/CSV issue. My car now starts readily from cold. Previously, it took several attempts before the engine would eventually splutter into life. And I had to catch it on the throttle. Now I don't touch the throttle; it just leaps into life.
