Thanks for checking in Denis. We disagree on some things but IMO agree on far more. The PP will be rebuilt like you said early on but the residents will be for the most part different. Insurance will pay to rebuild a home but likely no fund a $400k in house theatre. Honestly enjoy your inputs on this discussion.
