Reality.
Folks with means and cash flow will rebuild ... in CA and the mtns of NC/TN/GA etc. and along coasts.
Many of the less fortunate ....are even now moreso less fortunate.
NC ... it will take years ... I'd bet CA happens faster tho'.
Big $$$ talks.... no money ... they walks.
Same as it ever was... reality.
