Seriously, if I lived in SoCal and had a metric crapton of money, I'd have my people hunting for lots, ideally multiple adjacent lots, right now.

I would be shocked if there weren’t a multitude of wealthy individuals and corporations scouring public records and contacting the owners of primo lots that burned. Hell I live in KS and probably get a “we want to buy your house” call or text monthly.
