Byron, it's been a while, the trip to St Augustine was Sept 2011.
We also did a tour of south Florida in 2018 visiting a SIL and BIL. I can't seem to go to just one destination so we drove down the West side to the Keys and back up the East side.
First time I'd been in the Keys. We had tickets to go out to the Dry Tortugas, weather turned on us so we cancelled and got dumped on in Key West.
After the downpours stopped we walked around town, at one point in the distance there was some revelry happening on the opposite side of the street and I though wow those are some boisterous ladies!
As we got closer I realized um... those are not ladies. We decided not to cross the road :-)
