15 minutes, that’s dam fast. I’m about an hour with getting car jacks in place for me.
I've seen lots of posts over the years about protective screens. IIRC, the normally recommended option is a fairly large/loose screen that will only keep big stuff out. Mine are usually full of little stuff. I assume some little stuff would be kept out if it hit and bounced off of the screen. Post what you get and when they are installed. I'm curious to see them.

Boxsters, at least 987 are sorely lacking in gauges. Other than gas, speed, and tach, the only gauge is water temp, and I'm pretty sure that's heavily damped and non-linear. I think the only way to get good, accurate oil and water temps from these things is with something that pulls them from OBDII port. I know that you can get them with the Durametric. I think I've seen that someone sells a gauge that can be put into the wart if you've got sport-chrono (or as a separate gauge if not) that reports the temps.

I don't have many complaints about my car, but I think the analog speedo is completely wasted and should have been a multigauge with oil temp and pressure, and maybe volts.
