It only had to slide it out of the back of my F150. I assembled it in the driveway outside my garage then rolled it in. It
is very heavy, I have a bad back so I took my time and used a flat motorcycle lift to raise it up. I don't recall there being much to do. It's a good lift at a good price. I put my Road King up without complaint.
