One day at the interpretive center, while talking to a group, I couldn't help but notice a guy with multiple piercings and several ounces of hardware in his face and ears. It darned near derailed my train of thought, but I kept my focus on the subject at hand.
When the questions were asked after my presentation, he was obviously the one who had the greatest interest and grasp of the technology and challenges of the facility.
I learned something that day.
