Interior is all finished in matte German leather to match the 993RS wheel. My son did an excellent job and i'm teaching him to paint as well. Hes painted the roof section perfectly without a run.
Luan will deaden sound/insulate heat, for a better driving experience and is extremely light. Not enough weight added to care. We also installed exactly 20 lbs of sound deadening material so id estimate 40 lbs added. My goal is to remain at or below 2400.
As we all know here, Porsche used luan like this back in the day for kick panels, smugglers box lid etcerera..
Radius arm pivot plates will come off to touch up frame paint.

New Auto Meter brake pressurw gauges installed so the two holes on right of facia are filled. Ill test them today as i let the thread sealant set last night. These gauges are oil filled and the originals leaked oil.
We reconfigured the dash layout to be more driver friendly and more like a 911 layout.
It was set up wrong.
Of the 3 openings not filled with gauges above, the top left opening is for fresh air. I made window frames so it needs fresh air but has electric AC. Heat at occupants knees from up front and wont smell. New alum dash cover panels go in once we know the brake pressure gauge lines dont leak.
Perfect 993 seats have power height adjust. The mount plates i added are threaded to quick remove and install the original race seat.
