He used to screw with people with it. I shocked myself a couple of times. It was irritating, but would not disable you (I guess possibly if it hit just the right spot, but seems unlikely to me). I have to think that one would be a tiny fraction of the zap that you'd get out of something more traditional. |
In HS electronics class, there was always a joker that would stick both ends of a capacitor in the wall outlet and then toss it to someone to catch it.
