I'll be checking that out. I just read the free Kindle sample. I'll be reading this after I finish the first book linked below. I'm good at certain types of communication, but hopeless at others. I'm hoping between the three books in this post, I'll be able to get up to some reasonable level of being a more well rounded communicator.
