Your situation kind of seems like the definition of moderation.
For folks who are addicted to nicotine, it would be interesting to know how much of the use is self medicating and helping to protect them from worse "products". Then maybe it becomes the safest way to get it. My guess is history will show that vaping is also pretty dangerous. Especially is started young in life. I dated a woman several years back who had quit smoking years prior but still chewed nicotine gum. Zyn's have become popular. What would be the safest way to deliver nicotine?
