I watched a ton of YouTube folks demonstrate how to fix it. Many steps were just left out, and many were close but not my Tilt column, with the cruise control, turn signals, high beam switch, shift lever, setup. It is a total mouse trap and requires several special tools to do it. It took me two days. I was glad I was not a line mechanic getting paid by the job.
When my refrigerator had a cold freezer, but not very cold fridge, I found a video that showed just the issue. Unplug, empty the freezer, remove a dozen screws and remove the liner and there is the defrost heater. Mine was covered in ice, and obviously not working. I used my heat gun to defrost it, and remove the very obviously broken heater. I ordered a new one for $100 and our 27 year old fridge is working perfect, even the ice maker. That was a perfect YouTube fix.

I bet I can still do that tilt column in my sleep . I did tons of them over the years . Usually a fat guy in a corvette who used the column to pull himself in and out of the car .
