Mine tends to make a lot more noise if I put it on just after it was folded up. Toward the end of last year I left it on as the weather got colder and it just seemed to form to the car better than ever after being locked into place for an extended period of time. The wind noise basically went away. Although, I'm sure this will come back next time I fold the top up. I'd be interested in that seal that goes along the front side, I've read that works pretty well.
