The front seats have the typical splits in the seams. The rear seats are in great condition. It'd probably cost more to ship than they are worth, but I'd take $150 for the seats and carpet. I do have an excellent set of custom floor mats (all four pieces with the nice hold down clips) That work well with the interior and I could add that in for $50. I can get pictures for you if you are interested.

Other interior parts that you might want:
The armrest/storage center console (the one where the hinge tends to break - mine is in excellent condition with a good working hinge. I also have an excellent removable sun roof. The door panels are in good condition as well, as is the retractable hatch cover.
