Totally different issue than a branded title, which is a title status change at your state level. Branded titles are typically for salvage accidents, theft, or lemon law. Carfax is a guide, it’s not a government entity. You can contact them if you have supporting documentation to support your claim, but I’ve heard they are minimally helpful. Who is telling you that your car has diminished value because of the Carfax?
