I'm super happy for you, Cliff. You've found the way of life as it should be. I sort of went the same route several years ago, but in a slower way. I've dropped 15 lbs. in the past couple of years (177 to 162), but I have to confess that at my age (82), part of it is unfortunately muscle loss with age. I can still make it up Stonewall, a local hike at a state park, without stopping. Keep it up. You're doing it the way it should be done, and it can only pay off as years go by.
