Help: Question about rear axle shaft replacement

Hello,

I need to replace a rear axle shaft on the driver side on my '85 911 Carrera 3.2 (915 trans).

After doing some basic research, I have found two different potential replacement part numbers but I am not sure which one is the correct one (they are both said to fit my car on Pelicans but look quite different):

- Part#: 923-332-033-02-INT:

https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/92333203302.htm?pn=923-332-033-02-INT&srsltid=AfmBOorPvUqjjiY2wzaQPt0K1H_xmOwmhRiWe-IciXiwkomGBtyEFeOf3co

- Part#: 911-332-024-16-M60

https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/91133202416.htm?pn=911-332-024-16-M60&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw7dm-BhCoARIsALFk4v9MNHYLkpU0NyGc3_AiTO-CgWtMFPEQNyo9ftgKkWey-i6nYNL22oAaAlBvEALw_wcB

For context, I found an invoice from Porsche for my car where they replaced the passenger side rear axle a few years ago using the first one that starts with the #923 part number.

1 - Why would the part start with the number "#923" and not a "#911" number?
2 - The two parts look different -- the one with the "#911" number has an extended shaft on the other side of the joint.

Would appreciate any insight and help in figuring out which one I am supposed to get.

Many thanks.

Carlu
