Good grief. He's organized, and maybe he really loves the fact that it's all red and black, but it seems like that's a lot of money and a bit of wasted space compared to other sorts of cabinets and organization. I guess in this case, it's got all of the integrated small drawers with individual spots, etc.... This guy has clearly spent money to make sure that he has several of a bunch of sizes of nuts, bolts, rivets, etc....
