Now would be a good time to review the thread on CV Joints and pay particular attention to the posts from Grady on the CV Joint bolts, washers and moon plates:

Summary:
Replace any bolts that look damaged with the correct length Class 12.9 bolts (I replaced all of my bolts, several had some damage and I figured I would just start fresh)
Use new Schnorr VS washers
Consider also using moon plates
Torque to 33 ft/lbs
