We recently talked about inflatable cushions for long flights, but what about cushions for automobiles?

I’m now driving 2.25 hours in the morning and afternoon, in my F150, and my butt is killing me now. I’ve positioned my seats so that I have full leg support and not just my butt.

What’s everybody’s recommendation for a more comfortable drive?
