Under the heading of "Projects which expand while you're at it "
While fitting the new flooring in the bath, I realized the moisture I thought was condensation was actually from a 43 year old shut off valve on the feed line for the toilet. It was going to have to be replaced and since I would have to get the toilet out of there to access the pipe, "Why not replace that old toilet and the other one too with dual flush models?"
So this morning after a quick trip to my local hardware store,(the lady in plumbing is one of the best), I managed to get one toilet replaced before noon. The other is in my sights for tomorrow.
This all started with the flooring.
Oh yes, the laminate flooring will be replaced with ceramic tile in the area of the toilet, while I am at it.
