It is a little tricky to remove.

I'm not sure you can remove it intact with the engine in. With the engine out, it took quite a bit of room to rotate it in order to get it out. If the engine/transmission are in, you could get it out, but you would have to cut it.

I think Len offers an all soft line replacement for this engine to tunnel fuel return line. If so, you could probably cut the old line out and install the new all soft line easily with the engine in.

Check with Len to be sure.
