Normal highway speed here in SoCal is 15 mph over the limit.
I have no experience with newer Wranglers but my '04 LJ was scary at speeds over 60 mph. I had a 2" lift, new suspension, and 31" tires and had continued issues with the "death wobble". It was a great looking rig and for motoring around town a blast. But daily commuting on the highway was terrible.
