The thing that got my attention was not their speed but in a lot of cases their lack of common sense. I’ve seen many around here with the doors removed and a foot peg in the door hinge bracket so that they can ride around with their leg outside the vehicle. It’s for wannabe motorcycle owners with no sense of balance. And yes - they do it up here too in the summer.
