Nice looking house. I looked through the abstract of our property. It was fascinating to see the former property owners, a farmer used the area for a wheat field until the 1960s. It went back to the land run and the name of the family that first settled it, after the US government took it from the Native American tribes. I guess every bit of the land in the US was former Native American land.
Anyway, it listed the developer that bought the property, and showed my property in a land plot. See if you can look at your abstract. We have no mortgage, so i stored my abstract for a year, and then turned it over to an abstract storage facility, and I have the receipt from them.
