My previous post about not shipping to a non-FFL out of state might be a little wrong in some states. I know there are agreements between certain states about allowing long gun sales in one state to residents of another bordering state. I saw a sign about this in a Walmart in Henderson, NV long ago. But again, you will never find anyone at the USPS who knows about this with any authority. And I got a threatening letter from USPS once when I appealed an insurance claim denial when they lost a gun barrel I shipped. They said they could refer me for criminal charges for shipping a gun without an FFL. The ignorance of the law is just unreal. And again, the ATF investigator who handled my case didn't know FFLs can use USPS. So you're really on your own out there.
