UPDATE! Another easy solution to get the footwell blowers to run without the rear blower.

Simply take pin 4 wire and wire it to pin 5 or 6, this will power the front blowers from the rear blower output.

Pin 4 is the output for footwell blowers.
Pin 5&6 power the rear blower.

You can easily do this mod by opening the harness connector.
Remove pins 5&6 (rear blower) and tape those 2 pins off and leave them safely tucked away in the connector.
Then remove pin 4 and move it to pin 5.

In the end you have no spade in pin 4 or 6 and you rewired 4 to pin 5.

Done! You should now have heat via footwell blowers.
