Maybe 5 amps. They carry current for footwell blowers, but only for low and medium speeds. High speed goes through a different relay in the front luggage compartment.
This pic shows the first generation of the heater relay unit.
Second generation had wider traces for the footwell circuit, as can be seen in the following pic.
