Spring of 2021, I had a wren that was determined to turn my car into its home. I ended up with Al foil in the side vents and both front vents. I haven't had that issue since, until today... I drove it yesterday, so he must have started this morning. I popped the side vent out, took all of the crap out, and then covered it with foil. I'll be checking the front several times this weekend. I probably need to pull the front bumper and clean the radiators. Lots of folks seem to do that is a semi regular maintenance. Now that I'm starting to accumulate miles, I should probably start doing it. 50000 miles Aug 2020. I started driving it to work regularly in 2023, I think. I think these days I'm accumulating 17-20k/yr.
Maybe I need to look into something like chicken wire. Just enough obstruction to keep a wren out, but not enough to obstruct airflow. Fortunately, the other side is blocked, although I would kind of like to do some sort of "desnork" to it.
