So far no problems getting the seeds/plants we want here in California. Onion sets planted last week as well as six different tomato plants (from local grower). Planted a half bed of sweet corn, fruit trees are blooming, now just need to plant squash, egg plant and cucumbers. We got 6 chicks last year as our flock is old and not laying. Currently getting 6-7 eggs a day from 9 hens.
Used to go to a local University (Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo) for their annual tomato plant sale. It's a two day sale and the crowds are insane. Five thousand plants that will sell out in a couple of hours. It's like the black Friday sales of old, people line up hours before they open.
We're selling walnuts like crazy from our commercial orchard. Last year was first year we sold out before next crop was ready and that was September. At the rate we're going we'll be out by June.
