Given that it daylights on the drivers side...by the alternator wire...and has a label that says...OIL TEMP....
It looks like the PO rigged the oil temp wire onto the drivers side...where it should normally be on the passenger side.
Oh..unless you have the 1970-72 cars. Those cars did not have an oil temp wire...the 1972 only had it integral with the ignition harness. The 1970-71 cars...I am not sure if it was even available, maybe as an option.
