primary renal carcinomas are well vascularized even before they are visible by any imaging technique. this is not a bad or a good prognostic factor. its just a fact.... there are so many blood vessels in kidneys it happens very early. occurring outside the capsule is another story, but overall renal ca is quite treatable and is rarely metastatic. hope you are a candidate for robotic surgery. best wishes
