SSI installation question - SC 3.0
Backdating the exhaust on my 3.0 and just received a new set of SSI exchangers. The new exchangers have tabs near the rear where I believe earlier cars had studs to keep them from rattling. My 3.0 doesn’t have studs there (circled in red in attached pic). Do I need to drill/tap the block to add a stud here or run them without that attachment? Tried to do a search but wasn’t able to find this particular question addressed anywhere.
