I'd say stick with the SC.
Invest a few K in getting if sorted (new seals etc) and see how it goes.
As they were designed as daily cars then with a bit of care and attention there is no reason why they cannot be used in this fashion.
The fun facotr alone would be worth it.
AS for money, run a few numbers as to costs of the Sc versus depreciation, additonal insurance road tax etc with the Lupo.. you might be surprised.
If I could use the 911 everyday I'd much prefer to but living in Central London without a garage makes it a no-no.
