One reason we got out of the growing business, we were at the point where, we could take the next step, had investors who wanted us to go big, but we figured out that point, after looking at our future, it would take us 5 years to get the investment (financial, not just time) before the investment would begin to pay back, then we looked at the laws and possibilities of changes.
Figuring that in 5 years, regulations on personal growing and use, the cash king, even for a very high quality product, as you could out with your stock, would take a huge portion of the market.
Where to put $250, dirt, as always, if you come across a great deal on some real estate, get it.
