Typical American diet is vastly under supplied for electrolytes.
Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Sodium are all important.
Potassium is generally always under-supplied in specific, and the others can be as well.
In addition to whatever fresh vegetables, lettuce leaves, and fruits are availible; I always start with a baseline of 1lb's of frozen broccoli each day. - That helps with the potassium side.
Potassium is not a great thing to get from supplements and is best had from eating lots of the right things.

I work out a bit, and if anything, have cut out supplements.
Basically, I would eat Nuun tablets for lunch. Ca,Mg, K, etc...
My assumption was I was eating "too much"
Perhaps- not enough.
The cardiologist told me I wouldn't die. No restrictions-
In the interest of experimentation, why not supplement these? I have done everything to cut down on them
I am on a 7 day cardio monitor. Trying some of these would be an interesting experiment in the name of science.
If I croak- I blame YOU!!!

Just kidding.. but I think this is more than a simple imbalance. I screwed the pooch somehow. I will try this though. I've been on the monitor for 2 days. I can tell you they know all they need to know at this point. With 5 days, left, I want to bet the farm and convert hubble to IR frequencies to see if we see anything new.
