It’s happening right now. So annoying. The blood rushing when the beat kicks back in is the worst of it. I especially feel it (blood surging) around my temples. When it’s happening while I am reading, I actually lose my place in the sentence and have to start over ….it sorta makes my eyes blink too

I read for work so….it sucks. I would like to say you’ll get used to it but honestly, I’ve never gotten used to it. It’s when I’m sitting, in a more relaxed state, that it is the worst. When I’m mowing the lawn, not so much….
