Yep, I've got it too. I've had folks marvel that I must be a marathon runner because my rate drops down into the high 30s to mid 40s at times.
I guess I'm lucky, I'm asymptomatic. I feel completely normal all of the time and can do whatever. I hope that doesn't change.

I'm similar but less extreme. Mine only does it if I'm at rest, but as soon as I start to move, it clears.
Good luck, I hope they are able to fix you up somehow. I'll consider myself lucky that mine does not impact me.
