Turns out it's pvcs. My dad had a-fib so I guess I'm lucky.

My resting HR was in the 60's, so drop 15 bpm off that and I'm sucking wind at 45 or so bpm trying to go about my normal musings.
Yep, I've got it too. I've had folks marvel that I must be a marathon runner because my rate drops down into the high 30s to mid 40s at times.

I guess I'm lucky, I'm asymptomatic. I feel completely normal all of the time and can do whatever. I hope that doesn't change.

Interestingly, riding my bike, the rate converts normal, and above 120 up to 178 (max hr) I feel great- until the rate drops below 120, and the misbeats start again.
I'm similar but less extreme. Mine only does it if I'm at rest, but as soon as I start to move, it clears.

My heart is like an old school 2 stroke engine that runs like a scalded dog at full throttle but can't idle worth ****e.

So, when I go out and ride, I really DONT want to stop.

My angry white male has caught up to me.

Eff' this.

As I wear a cardiac monitor, I am reminded to "hit a button" when I feel bad.
on my first night, I mentioned "I always feel bad"- so I told them I'd hit the button when I feel good. In the last day, the heart was normal for 20 minutes riding full out up a local climb.

that's some weird stuff right there.

Watch out angry white males...
Good luck, I hope they are able to fix you up somehow. I'll consider myself lucky that mine does not impact me.
