**** your right I was thinking the heater cables with the removable guide tubes
I just replaced some on a 75, believe gemo was the brand I didn’t have any issues

The cable assemblies can’t physically fit through the tunnel from the inside, and you cannot disassemble the cable assemblies since both ends have links crimped onto the braided cable.
The issue is one cable has the correct size link and fit fine through the tunnel, while the other has a larger link that doesn’t fit through the tunnel. Both parts have the same part numbers and were purchased from Pelican at the same time.
