Reminds me of my former business partner Fred one of the trips to Sema in Las Vegas, he had actually already designed and built and had no a sport truck displayed at Sema previously. I forget whether it was 2004, 2005, 2006 or 2007, but we were laid over for 12 hours in Chicago, and by the time we got to Vegas, it was early in the morning or late at night, depending on how you look at it, we went to the car rental agency at the airport that we’d already had a reservation with they said go out and choose a car. Mind you we are both exhausted, but Fred walks toward the closest car and proceeds to climb in, I say, Fred what the hell are you doing? Fred was actually opening the door of an Aztec. He did not realize it because he was exhausted. He now 20 years older than me, and you don’t really plan on us going to Sema in an Aztec, do you?
He was so tired he didn’t realize what he was doing and he’s a bigger critic than I am because he’s got the the industrial ldesigning mind to see things:
We were going to build this, we actually, through Fred’s neighbor, who owned a few Dodge dealerships, bought a Magnum RT, actually the “LAST” AWD RT, as Dodge discontinued the AWD RT Magnums.
