Thanks all. Yes I’m going hardtop. The car is so far from original that it’s the perfect platform to build what I want. Going for a wide 911R with the side oil filler since it’s a ‘72 and a lightweight roof. Doing the center fuel fill as well.

Did the other side yesterday. Will finish the body work sometime this week. I have no experience with metal work and welding so I’m just learning as I go. Which is also why I’m not worried about “perfection”
