US 90° V8s w/ 90° cranks are odd fire engines, the issue is the consecutively firing, this is where their distinctive sound comes from cylinder pairs on each side. This needs to be compensated for in the exhaust system




unlike the Ford Voodoo V8, w/ 90° block and 180° crank or a Porsche flat 6 which are even fire engines




The old Porsche flat 8s were also odd firing and came in various flavors to iron out the bugs
